SOURDOUGH BREAD (2 LOAVES)

This naturally leavened bread is made  from unbleached, unbromated flour. It has a mild, sour  warmth that does not overpower what you eat, but  enhances and cleans your pallet. Dense and hearty, as a  sandwich base, it is able to handle a large filling without falling apart. It is also perfect for grilling as a bruschetta base; just pile it on! Our mother yeast was   developed by our bakers and is kept alive daily.
