In this basket are two meals you shouldn’t miss! Leading the menus are two of the finest imported pasta sauces available in a jar. Our Pesto Genovese is made using certified-D.O.P. basil from Liguria, where pesto was invented! Our Sugo Pomodoro tomato sauce has the depth of taste and subtlety one would expect to experience in a fine restaurant in Italy. Each jar is sufficient for 1 pound of pasta when served in the Italian style of coating the pasta not drowning it in sauce. Two cuts of All-Durum wheat Italian pasta, fashioned on brass dies (this gives the pasta a “rougher” surface-texture for better sauce adhesion). A box of our tarallini; a pretzel like savory to have with cocktails and two of our almond biscotti to finish the meal.
