Scaletta Italian Curly bread is the cornerstone of the Di Camillo Bakery, a combination of Sicilian and Abruzzi bread traditions. Each loaf is hand rolled, curled, split, and then slowly baked directly on the oven hearth. The result is a rich, thick crust and a complex fiber-like texture. This is authentic artisan bread production that has remained essentially unchanged for over eighty-five years.
