The Jam & Tea Biscuit includes our classic Jam Set and 4 individual tea biscuits - perfect for a summer breakfast on the terrace!

Using whole fruit, our spreadable preserves are bursting with an intense strawberry and red raspberry flavor.  Made with pure cane sugar (not a hint of corn syrup) for the finest fruit taste. Our orange marmalade is second to none. Made in small batches, from fresh Valencia oranges, not canned peel.  We use only pure cane sugar, not corn syrup as in most jams.  This gives the best flavor.

Our tea biscuits are a staple in our retail stores and another legacy from our Scottish baker from the 1940s.  When lathered in butter or Devonshire cream and topped with preserves or marmalade, they amply fulfill their name-sake duties. In addition they make the perfect strawberry or peach shortcake.
