These baked toffee-like, nut wafers are floated and decorated in our signature dark chocolate. Often credited as originating in the kitchens of Versailles possibly inspired by the Florentine chefs of the Medici family. These thin crisp cookies are one of our most loved products and often credited as a perfect example of this French cookie. They are more of a baked candy than a conventional cookie with approximately 30 cookies per ribbon tied box.
