Our Colomba Cake is made in our own bakery and requires days not hours to make.
This naturally rising cake-like bread is made from a mother starter and fermented over two days. It is this natural fermentation which makes possible the miraculous keeping qualities of this soft, sweet bread and make it one of the triumphs of the Italian bakers art.
