PANE CARASAU - “Sheets of Music” Sardinian Pane Carasau is sometimes known as “carta di musica” or sheets of music bread because the thin, crispy, bread has a feel similar to that of music parchment. ­ Pane Carasau is an ancient classic ­at bread of Sardinia and commonly served with salami and cheese.

PANE GUTTIAU - “Sheets of Music” Sardinian Pane Guttiau is identical to Carasau but is dressed and ­flavored with olive oil and sea salt.  It is commonly served with salami and cheese.
