Our Sugo has the depth of taste and subtlety one would expect to experience in a fine restaurant in Italy. Hand-crafted in Italy according to the highest Italian standard and traditions, and of course made with fresh tomatoes and the best quality basil.
All of our pasta is imported from the Abruzzo region of Italy. Penne Rigate and Fusilli are created from All-Durham wheat and fashioned on brass dies (this gives it a “rougher” surface-texture for better sauce adhesion).
