Our heart-shaped Panettone is made in our own bakery and is bursting with raisins, candied-orange, and dried cherries. Sweet-smelling, our soft Panettone is made in the traditional three-day process. In Italian Piedmontese-style, a baked-on “glassa” or icing cover the top of this cake. This glassa creates a delectable candy-like crust. We then adorn it with whole almonds and pearl-sugar. Finally, it is presented in a ribbon-tied gift-box with a personal card.
