These Tuscan cookies are really more candy than cookie. A combination of chopped almonds, sugar, butter and flour are first cooked in a copper kettle then deposited on baking sheets. They are gently baked into thin lacy, crisp wafers and then floated and decorated in pure dark chocolate. It’s impossible to eat only one!
