This pie-crust pastry is one of our signature pastries which we have been making for over thirty years. We first roll out our pie dough as thin as possible, then cover it with chopped apple. Next, we roll it up jellyroll-style, cut them into slices, and bake to golden perfection. A very attractive and delicious pinwheel-shaped pastry is the result. Individually packaged for extended life.
