Chocolate Drizzled Coconut Macaroons

This may be gilding the lily but it is a marriage made in heaven. We have taken our celebrated custard like coconut macroons and dipped them in the richest Belgium chocolate. We add extra cocoa butter to our chocolate for a heightened taste and a buttery melt.
